Best thing to use on a skinned hock

Pony slipped this morning and has taken all the hair of an area about the size of a fist on the inside of a hind leg just above the hock. Area looks very red and sore but have cleaned with a weak antiseptic solution, slathered a load of cool cream on, covered with a nappy, bandaged and turned him out so he can move around. Is there anything better I could use on the skinned area to promote recovery and hair growth. No broken skin amazingly!

Neem oil and honey. Neem is quite remarkable at regrowing hair and honey will help keep it clean - the 2 mixed together (plenty of honey, about 15% neem) work even better.
