Best time to worm for tapeworm??

You need to worm for Tapeworm 2 x a year, at 6 monthly intervals (this is due to their life cycle), for ease we normally say spring & autumn - march to april then september to october. Hope this helps!

I have downloaded & printed off the ILPH (as was) 2 year worming programme. Tells you when to worm for what & give you examples of the wormers that do the job. It is fantastic - I just set a reminder on my phone a week before the next lot are due!!!

That's fine, thanks for all your help - I'm not going mad then (just being blonde

Will leave it till 1st week Oct as usual cos that's when they're due anyway!

Thankies

The usual advice is to worm after the first frost, so would be in October time. However, with todays climate changes, I would jusy say generally October time.

Sorry for being a bit thick but I have also heard it's best to worm after the first frost - but why?
I'm sure there is an obvious answer but could someone spell it out for me - thanks.
