Best travel boots and XC boots for horse with skinny legs

Xc boots I have found the trizone hi-impact sports boots have fitted well and not slipped. For travelling I've swapped to brushing boots instead as my horse didn't like travel boots but in the past I found woof wear and premier equine good - I'm not convinced by them anymore though as worry that they heat up the legs a bit and do make it harder for the horses to balance and move around in them.

Always preferred bandages for travelling for my tb x Connie with the world's skinniest legs.
Bandages have the advantage of always fitting! I generally travel my horses in the trailer naked. But at the moment, I'm riding horses that are not my own in the 10 horse lorry. Horses happen to be considerably larger than my ponies and I'm not buying travel boots just for them, as I'll never own anything as big, so they're wearing leg bandages with large cotton pads, turned vertically to cover the hocks at the back. It works well for them. I'd rather not put anything on the legs, but with other horses either side, it's probably better to protect from scrapes and bruises.
