Best treatment for thrush?

Yesterday I spotted a touch of thrush on the off fore and I've run out of anti-bac before I buy more does anyone have anything they found to work well? (Anti-bac does work but maybe there is something better out there?)

If you google Equine Podiatry Supplies, or Red Horse Products, there is a product called Field Paste which is really good for treating thrush, they also do similar ones for use in the stable. I prefer it to all the chemical ones as it is actually good for the hooves.
