Our youngster absolutely LOVES his ball that trickles food out around his stable. I would just put part of his dinner in it but he's thriving on Calm and Condition and AlfaA, and the C&C is rather too sloppy (soaked feed) to put in the ball, and the alfaA alone is a bit bland to get his interest.
When I have put chopped apples etc or actual little horse treats in he empties the lot. Bought some pony nuts and those are fairly popular but not quite as much as the treats
So just wondering what other people use and like in those ball things?

Hmm, he isn't that interested in pony nuts

have to add a handful of mix on top to get him interested plus struggle for space in our feed room and is an extra bag of feed! But will stick with them til finish bag!

See if he'll eat seedless grapes. Che loves them and they are just the right size for his decahedron. Failing that I use Hi fibre cubes and it counts as part of his dinner ration.

Bob_Rob_n_Tiff, will look those up thanks!! Would only need a handful or so in there each night so shouldn't affect his overall intake.

Well some so and so has pinched my horses treat ball out of his stable Cant believe it, have looked everywhere for it.Cant miss it its bright red! Can only think we have had some kids lurking round as it would not be anyone on our yard
