Bit of a boring post but can anyone recommend a reasonably priced yard glove that is warm and waterproof (and still pliable enough to undo headcollars etc)? I really felt the cold this morning at 6am (2 degrees!) Brrrrrr

Hiya

not the cheapest ( around £20) but I love my sealskinz gloves. think you can get them on ebay - they're called sealskinz ladies winter riding glove but I do everything in mine and have had them since last winter, not too thick that you can't do all the normal morning routine jobs, but warm and also waterproof. ideal for all horsey tasks .

Hi,
I have just got a pair of softskin skiing gloves. They are really fab, lovely and warm aswell as wind and waterproof and I can still do headcollars and rug straps with them. I got them from TK maxx for £12, brilliant! Def worth a hunt around if you have a store near you. Much cheaper than horsey stuff and I think the tech fabrics are better.

Sorry to hijack, i was going to post the same thing, afer my great recco from here for riding gloves.

Just looked on ebay. Which sealskinz are the best? They've got riding/leather/cycling.

Which ones do I choose for general yard stuff?
