Just wondering what the best warmblood bloodlines are? Not too up on bloodlines - only know of Jenny LC because I grew up near her!

I have a horse by Ramiro Z, quite famous. I love to see others by that horse too.
There are loads of famous good bloodlines for different disciplines.

The above bloodlines can be found in France, Holland, Germany and Belgium......besides Worldwide now.........

If you google some of the names Ken has given you, then you will get a lot of information on them.

My girl (centre of my siggy) is by a Zuidhorn stallion and the mare by Jasper (often known as 'the little one') who is also Ramiro Z lines so another vote for him!

I think she is the best (sorry - soppy moment). Bit of an attitude tho.

What do you mean when you say "voltaire lines"? Does that mean that Voltaire is tha father? Or is it further back?

The reason I ask, is that in breeding we list out the sire x dam sire x great dam sire, like this; Burggraaf x Heartbreaker x Ramiro Z. It keeps it simple, whereas some earlier stated that they had a "Ramiro Parco Darco" horse. Well, darco will always be the father of Parco so that doesn't need to be mentioned, unless the horse is line bred to darco (which would be shocking breeding). I've seen people list their horses in H&H as "Voltaire Concorde lines", well again, Voltaire is Concorde's dad, and so that will never change. It's the stallions which appear in the motherline which are interesting.

BTW, Nimmerdor x Voltaire is the inverse of Kannan's breeding so should be interesting.
