Best waterproof, grippy, warm gloves

Any ideas?

Need some new gloves to go hunting in. Normally have string and leather but thought I would treat myself to some new warm, waterproof ones. They need to be grippy as horse is pretty strong.

Do they do ones like Sealskin with fleece linings and grippy fingers?!!!!

I've just got a pair of MacWet gloves, the neoprene ones (I think they are climatec??) and they are fab for hunting. Reins didn't slip once on a rainy day with a sweaty horse!
