After riding out today in biblical weather, I realise I've managed to waterproof most of my riding wardrobe except for riding gloves (well, and boots but I ordered new one's today).
Can anyone recommend a pair? Bonus points if they aren't too thick to wear - I'd love to be able to tack up and do girths etc in them but appreciate I might be being fussy!
Also, are waterproof saddle covers are as great an idea as they might seem? Or do they just get slippery and move about? I can't decide if I'd love one or if I'm likely to exit stage left when pony spooks at speed
