Best way to revive old saddle

What is the best way/product to treat an old dry and stiff saddle, that is otherwise in excellent condition? neatsfoot? beeswax based? It would probably drink a bottle of neatsfoot given the chance!!!

let it drink the bottle of neatsfoot, and when it's all soaked in go over it with Effax or something beeswax based to seal it and then see how you get on.

I get excellent results useing Flexalan. My 20 year old bridle still looks like new. People realy do think it is a new bridle!
I use it on old donated tack we receive as it is often like cardboard. It always come back to life and look fantastic.
Worth a try.

I'd use some sort of oil like flexalan then a cream saddle conditioner.
Best one is in an orange tube German make , damn, can't think of it's name!
