I want to report 2 horses for being way way to thin, being untouched since October, TBs who have had no feed, hay, foot care etc. The guy is a trainer with a yard of immaculate racehorses, these 2 are out of work, one needing a new home and one with a tendon problem. I've done my level best to find somewhere for the retired horse (7yrs old!) but with the current markets etc etc no one is keen, being ex racer I've tried to find someone capable. Not happy to leave it any longer so who do I ring?
