Best welsh studs?

Looking for a new driving pony now, pony sized, looking for something from a good stud with good conformation and showing record etc...looked at Nebo and Derwen, but both are a bit far away to be honest,
were in Hampshire, any ideas? If they breed for driving thats a bonus!

we are a welsh cob stud and we breed for showing, riding and driving..but only thing is,..we live in south wales.
cant think of any near you. Hope the link helps.
