BHS Cavalcade cancelled

Don't know if this was posted elsewhere and I missed it, on Friday the BHS announced the 1000 horse cavalcade at Windsor is to be cancelled. No surprises there, it was a romantic but quite mad notion from the outset

a little disappointing that there is an implication that one of the reasons they are cancelling is because of the unknown ability of the riders taking part, I would have thought that was obvious from the outset.

oh that's a shame, i thought it sounded quite fun!

They managed the All The Queens Horses thing quite well but I know that all the riders who took part in that were very experienced.

Its a H+S thing Im sure, someone somewhere is worried they will be sued.
