BHS PTT exam.....

I have my PTT and stage 3 care exams next week and was wondering if anyone else has done theirs recently and has any tips or hints......any help will be greatfully received!!!!!!
Im flying over from Majorca to do them and am really getting nervous!!!! HELP!
