Bhs stage 4 care

I'm doing my stage 4 care at the end of this month, has anyone recently done theres ? That can give some advice or some questions they may ask ? As much as I've worked through the syllabus it all seems vague? 🤔

From what I know of the 4 care (am in the exam/training industry) it is not vague in the slightest! You are going to need a deep knowledge and practical experience of everything relating to the syllabus. Are you just doing the care or the management too?

Are you working in the industry? I wouldn’t feel ready to do the 4 management exam and it’s basically my day job. Stage 4 exams expect a high level of both practical experience and knowledge. A vast step up from the Stage 3.

Yes I work in the industry my role is yard manager I only came to ask for advice if anyone had taken the exam as some of the things I couldn't work out what they are asking for 😂
