big cross country course to hire?

I live in Devon, colyton (as no one knows where that is it is near seaton/honiton/sidmouth!) and as I will be selling Zak i was wondering where the closest cross country course that has big jumps (like intermediate/advanced) is?I would love to have a go at some bigger fences with him before he goes, as i know he can do them as he flies everything we have done (upto 3'6, all fences at stockland lovell and pontispool) and it would just be tremendous fun

I think SL and Pontispool are the largest around Devon until Powderham is built and am not sure that will be available to hire anyway. You might have to go further afield, maybe as far as Wiltshire?
 
Stockland Lovell runs an intermediate so if you've jumped everything there then you've schooled over anything as big as you're going to find to school over.

You'd have to go to Tweseldown then, I cant think of anywhere else with a series of bigger jumps.

Tbh, it sounds a little risky schooling over big fences when you're about to sell him. Even pros rarely school their horses over big stuff as there's little benefit
 
Its not really for benefit it is just for fun!!I wouldnt do anything too huge obviously, only what i think he would be able to do.
 
Go up to Withington Manor in the Cotswolds, that is open for schooling after their event and has an Advanced track. Also Aldon is usually open after the event - so soon, and they have an intermediate which everyone uses as a pre badminton run.
