I was more concerned for the safety of the loose horse, or for anyone/thing it might have crashed into. I'm surprised the judge didn't stop the test, or the rider stop riding, until the horse was caught tbh.

Well ridden, last test I did was in a high wind during warm up the plastic fences were blowing over sending horses running in all directions. Everyone I watched managed to battle on regardless

I'm genuinely interested, what makes you think that horse is shut down? I saw no signs at all, and in fact saw a horse who knew the other horse was there but kept a lid on it. What did you see that I didnt?

That is what struck me, I could just imagine the horse doing the dressage saying something like that
