Well seeing as there are always threads about bad customer service from companies, I though I would let you know what fantastic service I have had from Antares.
I ordered my saddle from their fitter/rep them back in mid January, with an 8-10 week delivery time, due to each saddle being made in France to order. After 8 weeks I had a call from the rep saying there was a delay due to a poor quality batch of leather, meaning my saddle had failed the quality control
. Antares were going to have to wait for a new batch of leather, and then strip down my saddle. They couldn't tell me how long it was going to take, so they lent me a saddle from their demo stock to tide me over
.
Finally today the rep came with my new saddle (which is lovely
), but also a free matching bridle (with the £250 price tag on
!) and a whole leather care kit, all to apologise for the hold up. To say I was impressed was an understatement! Really brightened up, what was otherwise a pretty cr@p day
