Meant to post this on Weds but have had other things on my mind.

I bought a Stubben girth from Townfields at Blenheim on Friday, arranged to exchange it if it wasn't the right size on the Saturday and then Blenheim was cancelled. So I emailed them Saturday saying that no, it wasn't the right size and what could I do. They told me to send it back to them with a covering note, which I did on Monday and by 9am Weds I had the replacement in my hand - how good is that!

I have also always found them fab, bought a breastplate at olympia from them, it didn't fit pickle but I already had the biggest size so they refunded. Fab shop!

I tend to always buy my stuff from them at events as I think they construct their stand in a good way - I reckon they have had thousands off me in recent years LOL!
 
Townfield are excellent. Troggy bought some clipper blades at Burghley which were the wrong length, they didn't have the right one so offered a no quibble refund. We always use them at shows as their prices and selection are usually the best there!
 
yeah, just down the road from me, funnily enough im going in a bit to get a stack of haynets, my pony just kills them!

i spend wayy to much time there! & wayyyy to much money there!
 
Thats wat i would expect from the team at Townfield Saddlers
thay been going for about 40 years or more to shows and you dont keep going unless you offer that type of exchange servise well done Townfields , hope you keep going for your granchildren jeff
