Biggin Hill; past and present riders!!

Hi, is there anyone on here who rides/or has ridden in Biggin Hill? You may know of the track which runs down the side of Foal Farm Animal Rescue Society. Horseriders have used this path for more than thirty years, probably like myself thinking it was a permissive ride. However, it is apparently a footpath. Now the Bromley rights of way officer has put horses prohibited signs on it; he said in response to complaints from the Ramblers Association. He has not, as yet, shown me any of these complaints, and when I contacted the RA they had no knowledge of any complaints. Anyway, I intend to campaign to raise the status of this footpath to permissive bridleway; anyone interested in joining in would you like to email me so I can forward a copy of the petition to you?

Used to ride this path extremely regularly - was stabled just down the lane from it at one time. Happy to help in any way I can.
