What sort are you after...The big metal ones or the dustbin type?

Either big enough to fit a bag of alpha a oil in! that's the bit i'm struggling with at the moment

It is a squeeze and you need to bang the bag at the bottom so it's not so "rectangular" but i can get a bag of Happy Hoof (same size and shape as a bag of Alpha) in a black dustbin. They are about £10 from places like Focus DIY, B&Q etc or even places like Pound Stretcher or Wilkinsons.
As long as you keep the lid on rats and mice can't get in and are easy to move around.
You can pay a bit more for metal ones or ones that have a lock on them if you have food thieves on your yard?!?
The big metal ones are good but can be hard to move and sometimes the lids don't shut properly letting sneaky rodents in.
It's whatever you prefer to use.

Derby House do some big blue barrell type ones with black lids for a tenne,r I think - they are MASSIVE, I can get 2 sacks of chaff in one of them - easy.

We use filing cabinets, stacking the feed vertically instead! 1 drawer is a bag of nuts/mix. Chaff/alpha/etc is 1 1/2 drawers.

I use a green wheelie bin for my feed and it holds 2 bags of healthy hooves (20kg each) and still has room for a big string bag of carrots

I use bog standard black plastic dustbins, you need 2 though for a sack Alfa/HiFi.
