9 weeks post op and we're making plans for her to return to agility.
Two more weeks of increasing off-lead exercise and fittening then providing all is well we're to return steadily to her usual level of work. Ridiculous really but x-rays were fab and showed almost complete bone growth between the artificial fracture and she's been consistently sound even after increases in exercise to date. Still doing lots of swimming and being pumped full of supplements but in terms of walking and free running she's already back to pre-op levels.
A few from today - plus R being his usual speshul self - this is what I get for shouting 'down!' when I've spent all week teaching him the whole 'bang!' dead dog thing...
Note leg coming out when sitting - this will be a permanent feature but doesn't seem to cause her any bother.
I'm all the way down mum!
And release...
Cooling off
And some solo zoomies from last week:
