Please excuse my spelling my boy is going in for one tomorrow, of the liver does anyone havwe any idea how long results take ?? Im going out of my mind not knowing what is wrong,
He had a Viral infection of the Liver and Muscles at Christmas and when he was re blood teted on monday he levels were still high so a different blood test was taken yesterday and because of the results of this they have advised an ultasound and biopsy to see what is exactly going on, has anyone experienced anything like this before?

My mare had biopsies taken from a lump in her mammary gland last year. I was told results would be 5-10 working days but got them back 5 days later. I think it depends on how busy the lab is and if it's a priority case. The ultrasound results I got on the day as I stayed with her and the vet was able to talk me through what she was seeing. Hope it all goes well with your boy and is nothing too serious.
