Very interesting and probably something many people do not think about until there is total panic eg due to Strangles, or the EIA outbreaks
We do need to think more about disease brought by insects and vermin
It takes very little time to fill in
My yard at home pulled a few amber lights despite very few movements on/off.
Do let us know how you get on and if it made you think the what if---a new disease arrives in UK

as a YO though, i still feel there is room for improvement, mainly with educating new horse owners about things! (a few horses came over from Ireland and the owners, who are new to horses really couldnt understand why there were put in isolation)
