Just wondering if anyone has any comments on the above products.

After reviews on here of the Alltech Lifeforce, I have purchased a months supply for my horse to see how she gets on. I believe she may have some hind gut discomfort, and people on here seem to think that the Lifeforce has really helped.

I have however been looking at other products, and have come across the Biotal Equine Gold, which also says it promotes health in the hind gut, and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the Lifeforce.

Just after any comments really!

Hi thanks for that. Have been thinking though, that I think the Lifeforce also includes some kind of pre/pro biotic as well, which is probably also benifical for my horse as well.

Not sure what the Biotal has in it, if it needs pre/pro bio adding, may as well just stick with the lifeforce :(

I don't remember to be honest, but could dig out a tub if you would like me to check? I never worried about pro/pre biotics as I feed Pure Feeds at recommended quantities, so it's sorted there :)

I do like the alltech lifeforce, haven't read anything on the other supplement, but would say ~£20 per month for the lifeforce isn't that expensive when you buy the £60 tub of the 'focus'

Right, I had a look at the tub, it doesn't list full ingredients, but it does say that it contains live yeast, so that's your probiotic. Biotal Gastro Gold has prebiotics in.
