Just thought id do an little update on pony and daughter. For those that dont know i got daughter Star the pony for her 8th birthday in June. She was one happy little girly!!
Anyway theyve been coming on leaps and bounds and in the last month theyve really gone from strengh to strengh. There on both the jumping and dressage teams for the PC getting clear in a team event a few weeks ago and the whole team coming 7th. Last week she went and jumped her biggest course to date a 65cm jumping a fab double clear, but werent quick enough to be placed. So we did a bit of jump off practice and this week was half term so we went to 2 shows and she won at both of them. As you can imagine daughter was absolutly over the moon with this and i was one proud mummy!!!!
These were both 50 cm classes which means she now cant jump these at alot of shows so will have to start doing the bigger classes more often, which does my nerves no good what so ever!!!
Anyway pony is now going to have a good few field days to recover from a very busy half term. Shes got a few dressage lined up in a few weeks so were going to do some flatwork practive.
