Pickle has always liked his loose ring waterford, he came with it and goes lovely in it, soft in the hand but moving forward etc. He hacks in a NS universal which he also goes nicely in, and has brilliant brakes in unlike anything else I have ever used.
Now trying to find bits for dressage and showing, have a Copper Full Cheek Snaffle with lozenge, and a pelham with same mouthpiece, however both of these he totally evades, head in air, leaning on hands etc! I have been trying to school him in the snaffle only for quite a while with limited success, and lucemoose from here has also ridden him in it with simular issues!
One key thing is he really doesn't like single link bits
So any ideas of a bit he may like, I though perhaps a loose ring french link, I have no money so £15 or under, otherwise I'd be out getting a NS snaffle
