Loads of changes at the yard, now have a very in season mare next to my gelding, who is now unsettled - the mare belongs to a novice who is terrified of it.......oh joy, think I may swap my lad and my mare's paddocks so my boy can have the geldings next door and my steady old mare can go next to physco horse, I really don't want him upset before dressage at the weekend.....

I wouldn't complain - you can hardly blame the girl. My boy is out with 23 other horses, two of which are heavily in season mares. Having one in the field next door as a pose to two in his field would be heaven in comparison.

I wouldn't complain - I can always move my mare next to the girlie, it's just that mares are such a ruddy nuisance!!! And I don't want the mare to try and kick him through the fence and hurt herself..
