, so went early anyway to yard, lots of grooming and fannying till others arrived to see where they going, cleaned tack yesterday new reins and washed everything so looking pretty good

, anyway ended up riding with 4 others, went at the back, his lordships well up for it making life very difficult at cantering and stopping blah blah, anyway had to walk most of the way back as his gingering attitude fetched a front shoe off, they have only been on 3 weeks

It looks very comfy - is it? I have a boney bum too but I feel like my seatsaver lifts me up too high

(Sorry to threadjack!) whats an endurance saddle like/how is it different? As you might have realised I am becoming saddle obsessed...

What a shame for you to not be able to take advantage of a rare sunny day!

Awh poor Polo still has to wear tights over his nose

Yes it is comfy, has to be, we were out for 5 hours on friday
grin.gif
the saddle has larger flatter panels to spread your weight but is also comfy for rider, it's all adjusable with gullet change fish inserts and options of girth fixing straps and positions to get a good fit and change to suit beasties weight change ect, also has d rings to hang spare lead rope things etc, it's endorsed by Jill Thomas endurance rider hence the name, the seatsaver is a sheepskin an doesn't lift me out the saddle or slip

Now had you stayed in bed, none of that wouldve happened

. Next Sunday, send your oh off to buy the sunday papers. On ohs return have them cook a yummy breakfast which HAS to be seved in bed. Read said newspapers, have a shower then go up the pub for a good old sunday lunchtime bevvy

Nah, if not riding life not worth living, I take snack to yard, plus we can get chips at the cafe and shop, plus if going on long ride I have saddle bags for food and drink.
