Bit Of A Rubbish Topic

Well at 7am this morning i had one of my friends horses PTS as she was unfortunately not able to be there. Bit of a crappy way to start a day especially in this rain. Anyway it got me thinking that i don't have a plan should i have to make the decision for one of my guys. I know its a bit of a horrible topic but do other people have a plan in place? I have only attended when horses have been shot and i have no experience of lethal injection. Is one better than the other or is it personal preference? Is it best for the horses that are left to be able to see their friend once it has been done? Thanks

There was a thread on here recently about shooting Vs injection. It seemed to be down to preferance. Sorry you had such a rubbish start to the day. Your friend is lucky she had you to help her.
