Bit recommendation

D (when not lame) is going really well in her french link pelham with two reins. She is soft, responsive and doesn't headshake.

Logically you'd think that would mean that she would go well in a french link hanging cheek for dressage but she really hates it.

Any suggestions for a dressage legal bit? She is not strong in the slightest, we don't need something with brakes, just something that she likes the feel of.

Have you tried a loose ring french link snaffle or did you specifically want something with a little bit of poll pressure?

She does seem to like bits with poll pressure but a loose ring might be worth a try.

It will come as no surprise for you to hear that Daisy's spiritual twin is quite happy in a loose ring french link snaffle. Just watch out for the green foam.........
