my mare has a horrible habit of leaning on your hands and carries her head much to low or ends up running round like a giraffe
i have tried lots of different schooling techniques to try and stop this but am still having issues, she is currently in a loose ring french link snaffle and i also am in need of some slightly stronger brakes as where she is much fitter she has a tendency to just go
can anyone make any suggestions as to what bit i could try her in please :)

If you haven't already i'd get the dentist to make sure shes not trying to tell you something but a waterford snaffle may help the leaning.

I bought a neue schule tranz angled lozenge pelham bit on the recommendation of my EDT and I have to say the difference in control is amazing and I feel a lot more comfortable and have more confidence with jumping.

For flatwork I'd seriously like to buy a neue schule snaffle now.
