Bitch not in season

Would certainly want to get it checked out. Some females can have such a thing as a silent season, but if you have a rough idea of their dates you could still do the progesterone blood test for the optimum fertility date. Most breeders I know do this as a matter of course now, saves a lot of guessing and expense.
If not that, then there may be a health/fertility issue or the female is under stress.

My vet said to me, when I was patiently waiting for Willow to come into season, so I could plan getting her spayed, "we only worry when they're in season all the time".

Willow was an every 12 month girl, until her bits were whipped out but 18 months seems a long time. If she was a puppy farm bitch, she would be in the skip by now :(
