Just curious really, as they are all going to be spayed.

My little rescue bitch came into season for the first time (after about a year of having her) just as my older girl finished her season.

They have done the same again this time, except Prec my older girl came in after five months instead of her usual six months.

In the middle of the older girls seasons the pup came in season for the first time.

So my question is if I didn't have the girls spayed ( but I am ) would all three eventually cycle one after the other if not simultaneously?

They do seem to have their seasons together, or one will "bring" the other into season.

Ditto. And it isn't just dogs, for example it happens that women that live or spend a lot of time together also unknowingly sort of synchronise their periods, or that when one woman is in the end of her period, another woman's period begins.

Have you never lived in shared accommodation with other females :p :p :p

Thankfully no!!

I know about women together and mares too but as their cycle is so much shorter it is presumably easier for them to get in sync together.
As a bitch is usually six months between them that seemed much longer for hormones to adapt to other bitches in close proximity.
