what action does the butterfly bit give it looks very much like a dutch gag is it a very strong bit. Also is a tom thumb bit severe there are so many bits out there it is like a maze
the beautiful bit is very strong it puts pressure on the poll nose and mouth if used be very carefully soft hands needed otherwise i have seen a horse go up and over on one of these!
