Hi,

My horse has always been a pain with his bit. He chomps on it, opens his mouth, plays with it and whilst none of that is ideal, it wouldn't bother me if he was happy with a bit but he is obviously uncomfortable.

I've tried various bits, all snaffle types because he has a soft mouth, and he still doesn't seem happy. I'd like to find someone who could come out and take a look, try different bits and generally just offer advice.

Horse is off work at the moment anyway, but when I bring him back into work I want to make sure he is comfortable and we're ready to go.

Must stress that he's not in pain, been checked by vets. He has his wolf teeth, which last year were small and the vet advised to leave them in, but he's due his teeth done again so I will get them checked and removed if necessary.

I've heard of Hilary Vernon, but she is down south. Looking for someone who is in the North West (Lancashire) who will come to my horse.

Any help greatly appreciated :)
