I'd welcome any ideas please - my new 4yo has the most fleshy bars (in his mouth!) I've ever come across. This seems to be creating a problem with a bit of bruising from the bit. Currently in a KK WH-Ultra D ring, which he seems to like, but he's getting 'pinprick' bruising on the bars.
He's currently long-reining, so no heavy hands or any such. Teeth been done, all fine.
Have you come across this issue, and can you suggest potential solutions please?
