Blooming daughters who would have them?

The temperature has gone from 8 deg. this am to -3 this evening. Went up to see Captain, he is on full livery as I work and Elizabeth goes to college nearly an hour away. So we get there and it is perishing, I wanted to check he was warm enough, slipped my hand under his rug after checking ears and he tried to nip me! Reason why? Bl**dy daughter has been warming her hands in his rug, so he thinks he is going to get cold, which he hates.

She thinks its funny. So anyone want a daughter?

Can't comment on the hand warming technique as haven't tried it myself, but I too have a daughter free to good home.
She's useless at mucking out, alergic to hard work and thinks her pony fills her own hay net, so I doubt I will get many takers

Yes but yours is a little wee thing, mine is 19!

Mind you she is good with the horses, can be lazy about riding but never about looking after.

Could be worse, my mum has an unfortunate habit of sticking her hands up my jumper when they are cold. I've never been able to break her of it ;though haven't tried nipping ). Think yourself lucky it isn't YOU she's warming them up on!

He's just resigned to it now, but when i'm at home I still do it to my mums mares and youngsters if my hands are cold

My mare is evil anyway so I get bites whether I'm just stroking her, but my Thoroughbred doesn't mind it at all so... whooop go us rotten daughters heehe! x

I am also a rotten daughter! However my horsey is now resigned to this fact...i am quite nice though really now as he has layers on i place between layers not on skin!! Although he did kick me when i check his temp between back legs...i dont do that with cold hands now

I use mine as a handwarmer too But..to be fair...if i didn't have him, then I wouldnt need him to warm them so technically it's his duty to allow me!
