Bl**dy Dirty B***chs in my stable ! Any other yard have this problem?

We have the wierdest gross problem at our yard. Some one on a regular basis leaves used tampons and sanitary towels in other peoples stables. This morning when mucking out I found a thankfully unused but unwrapped tampon in my horses bed! I dont use them, my horse doesnt use them and nor does my husband who mucked out and laid the bed yesterday!

I was furious, asside from the hygeine issues my pony will happilt try to eat anything. Imagine the colic caused by eating a super absrbant bung like this!

Sorry to go on but in 15 years of horse ownership this is the first time I have had an expereince like this.

I left a message on the yard board pointing out that if I find out who did it I will smash their face in - bit OTT but I was so disgusted by this.
 
We used to find used condoms in our hay barn at the riding school.....definitely not nice!

And who on earth would go and change their sanitary towels in peoples stables...or throw used ones in?? its horrible!
 
Ugh, that is disgusting.

TBH if you don't find out who it is, I would consider moving yards, if someone there is gross enough to do that, imagine what else they may do to your horse or your posessions
 
That is just disgusting... What kind of person does something as revolting as that?!?

yes, its soo wierd. Its been going on for about a2 years plus apparantly. I would so like to catch the culprit and am thinking up rigging up cctv.
 
Goodness me ...no!!! I have never come across anything like this....how vile and totally unnecessary. I hope the culprit is found and yard owner deals with! Poor you
 
My view is that it is some one with a serious mental problem as why else do it in some one elses stable? Its usually another stable at the end of the block by the entrance way, or the stable where the tea and cofee etc is kept (how gross to use there) so some one walked all the way down past 6 stables to mine! I did wonder if it had been baled in the straw but it looked to new for that. really really wierd isnt it?
 
Yuck, yuck yuck!! What kind of female does that??!! That is so horrid. I would move yards pronto, could not be doing with that at all...

Definitely get some CCTV, Failing that leave the yard. I know I wouldn't be hanging around, Its sick and disgusting and some one must be quite "Ill" to be doing it. Hope you find the culprit and they're dealt with!
 
Are they being found on a regular basis throughout the month? If so it suggests more than one girl is involved.

How absolutely disgusting. I'm afraid I'd have to consider moving yards, if this has been going on for so long, and no-one caught.

It happens sporadically which is why I think it is one person. Annoying thing is I like this yard for hacking, turnout and schooling and am in an area with limited alternatives
 
this is sick it could be spreading all sorts of diseases,infections e.t.c and the damage it could do to the horses if eaten doesn't bare thinking about. utterly speechless...
 
I think I would be looking for another yard. The person doing this must have some mental health problems, and I'd worry about my horse - god knows how else they get their kicks.
 
That is rank... and dangerous. What about the risk of hepatitis, HIV etc etc... I would be calling environmental health!!! Demand the YO provide you all with surgical gloves for removing said items until they find the culprit!
i was at a yard once where it was commonplace for humans to pee in stables cos they couldn't be chuffed to go use the toilet... when I found out I left...
 
Could it be possible that it is some weirdo from outside the yard, with some grudge against the owner?? i say this as i can't see anyone with a horse doing this.
 
I would tell the Police.... at least that way if the person knows the police are on to it they might stop. Its disgusting. defo need CCTV or put one of thos fake ones up to deter them.

Sadly it wouldnt be very pc... but then again that it someone with a serious issue.... unless they are just lacking in intellect?
