QR- Every time i watch this it gives me butterflys. Must have been scary for the jockey, the horse was so quick to go up

It's the horrible thing about brain tumours

I lived in the States for a while. The ranch owner bought a horse for me to work on to event. One day she flipped. Bucking, corkscrewing, cat leaping. I came off four-ish times, including a good one over the school fence hitting the gate post on the way; I still have the scar from landing on the fence at one point. Got back on the next day. She leapt sideways over a ten foot wide or so ditch, galloped down the side of an orchard, then leapt back over the ditch onto the road. Owner had vet out. Horse was pts. She had a brain tumour

She was a lovely, lovely horse. Owner decided he'd stick to car racing and Quarter horses after that, said he couldn't be doing with English style riding and competitions and he wasn't going to be party to me risking my neck again.
