Black Breastplate

Hi
Is there anyway of attaching the breastplate to a normal girth by threading it through instead of using a clip attachment to a D-ring on the girth. I like the look of the breastplate but i don't have a girth with a D-ring attachment!

Also if i decided to buy where can i get the best deal or can anyone reccomend a good breastplate for SJ with elastic in black cob?

I use the Amigo one on my cob and I love it. The girth part still has the loop to put the girth through so you don't need to use the clip (if you don't have the attachment on your girth). I think you can take the clip off but I'll check tomorrow.

I've just bought a Kincade one with a loop for the girth, it was only £23.

Not the best quality - when Scooby sweats, it leaves a black stripe across his withers.

But it does the job, so I'm not complaining.
