black country and shires champs?

I went to a local unaffiliated show yesterday, and came 2nd in the 3ft class. When i was given my rosette, i was given a ticket thing for the black country and shires championships. My friend asked the show organisers what this was for, but they didnt seem to have much of a clue themselves. Anybody else have one of these, or know what its for?
All the ticket says is the class i've qualified for and an address to send entries, and a phone number which obviously i will call at somepoint, but just wondered if anybody could shine a bit of light on this for me?

A friend went to these champs last year, I think they are in the Walsall area. As far as I remember the class at the championship is similar height to the one you qualified in in jumping classes. My daughter has qualifed for this year but wants to find out more info before she enters, seems a bit much asking you to pay entry fees when you don't know where it is or what the classes are. I'll post again if I find out more. Is definitely nothing to do with MIDARC.
