Mine arrived today (very quick delivery!) and in one solid colour!

It’s a bit thinner than I expected (the multi purpose wicking rug on the sales page at £85) although only have the YOs old Thermatex to compare to.. does anyone know which product it is usually on the website?

I suppose it's luck too when it's sent out. I got the quarter sheet at a couple of minutes past 9 but it hasn't arrived yet and it took till late last night for the money to go out of my account

I would have thought it's the original cooler rug, the only other option would be the T2000 which is more expensive. They might not list those separately if they had one or two.

It won't be the knitted summer sheet or the lightweight wicking as they were listed further down with a different price.


I'll compare the material when my rug and quarter sheet arrive. I've got a horse walker rug.
 
Mine arrived. Two white dressage squares. They are very deep though so I'm not sure if they'll work for me without interfering with his elbow so I'll have to try one out. I think the machinist must have had a mishap, there's bloodstains on the binding of one.
 
My Thermatex rug arrived yesterday - so incredibly quick delivery, about 24 hours from ordering to knocking on the door!

Sadly for me, I got one that's two colours from offcuts, brown and black - but obviously I know that was pot luck.

Bit disappointed tbh, as no thermatex brand on the outside, and no label or size label on the inside and the seam between the two colours is very obvious with the rough edge showing, not tucked in. I get the seconds are obviously seconds (!) but £85 is still a fair bit of money. I'd previously bought a quarter sheet that was seconds and it had a small stitch fault, but felt like better value.

If it fits perfectly (still need to try it on), I'll keep it as I want something to dry him quickly, but otherwise I may put it on Facebook to resell at what it cost me and buy a mark Todd cooler one which is cheaper than a thermatex seconds.

I'm having a terrible week with house related dramas that are really stressing me out and getting me down, so maybe I am just being a miserable old cowbag!

Rugs arrived but not quarter sheet yet. It's got square pattern, not very thick, inside slightly different colour.

In a Thermatex bag and has a label outside and one inside with S written on it.

Black so a bit safe colour wise but so nice, I don't think I'll try and swap
