If she really is a safe hack, she's worth that imo and 17 shouldn't be considered old. Could still do some VHS classes if buyer was that way inclined and she's fairly good looking...
I was going to say that would be about the right price for horse who hacks out alone safely, but the age will put people off. It sounds like the owner's willing to take offers though.
Shame she's not a bit bigger, as this is the type which would be suitable for my novice OH.
I wonder if the owner has deliberatly priced over the £2000 mark to try and keep away the type of person who would by such a horse and sell it on as a 10 year old to make a quick buck? She's a lovely looking mare and doesn't look her age imo.
