black or brown?? can't decide please help!

So, having discovered that current (black) saddle really doesnt fit, for a number of insurmountable reasons it is looking likely that Frank is going to be treated to a brand new one (ouch!) he has only had second hand before but having decided that he isnt going anywhere so we both needs something that fits as well as possible as I spend quite a lot of time up there

.

As previous second hand saddle was black, I have 2 black bridles...... 1 v cheap, came with mums horse! The other a jeffries that was rather pricey with 3 pairs of black not cheap reins (rubber and plain!) and 2 pairs of cheap black reins

and have 2 pairs of black stirrup leathers.... one nearly new!

unfortunately dont have endless pennies to replace it all particularly if buying new saddle.

But I think he would look nice in brown.......
and current black saddle has sun faded quite a bit..........
Saddler wants to know what colour to bring and I dont know!

Depends on what saddle fits best I would say but if have to choose between black and brown that both fit fine, then prop the black unless u can get some freebies thrown in wit the brown saddle?? Lol!!

I voted brown, but we mainly do showing, but even if we didn't I still would choose brown, for some reason I think black looks cheep.
If your going to keep your horse for a long time then go with somthing you realy like. Did I mention that I like brown

black is currently fashionable for dressage but traditionally was always used for driving tack, so BROWN!

Black, it saves the hassle of trying to get bridles etc. in the same shade of brown!

If I remember rightly you show alot don't you?? get brown- looks much nicer on a welshie - especially chestnut and far more correct.
