Black show horse - bold outfit choice?

With the NZ show season still a while away I am starting to think of an outfit to go with my new small black hack... And coming from a showjumpers perspective I might be a off the mark for the show ring turnout!

White breeches and black jacket, with white ruffle shirt (no tie/stock/waistcoat) ... Would this work? Or would I be better going with a navy jacket and cream breech?

If its the same rules as the UK it's cream/canary breeches and a tweed or navy jacket with a shirt and tie.

I have no idea what the judges expect in NZ but over here that turn out would not be acceptable in any show class, navy, cream breeches and a shirt and tie would be worn for hacks, the bling comes from the velvet browband and having an immaculately turned out well mannered horse, the horse should stand out for the right reasons not because the rider is almost in fancy dress but as I said maybe it is different in NZ.
