Blagdon??

What colour would you class my horse as? He was sold to me as a blagdon buut chaps won't reg him as one, so what do I put in the colour 'space'?

Your boy has a bit too much white for a typical Blagdon (roan with white legs and belly) definitely sabino though which is what, of course, Blagdons show.

Do Chaps require a pattern nowadays, or would they just settle for Blue and White? His patterning is Tovero rather than Tobiano.

Chaps are behind the times on colours.


Your boy is sabino + tobiano.

Blagon is when sabino gives a mottled effect.

Is he blue roan or greying?
Not easy to tell from the photos.

Do you know what colours his parents were/are?

Is Blagdon allowed for 'coloured' showing? or just odd coloured? Which society can my cob be reg with (he has a Dartmoor Pony passport!!!!!!!!!)
