Blair Horse Trials shopping... ?

this is what is hinging my decision to go or not - ive never been before, but i have a new horse and really need some things for him.

BUT are there really good prices and bargains to be had or would i be as well shopping online?

We've been 5 out of the last 6 years and I've never seen anything I consider to be a bargain that I couldn't get somewhere else. There aren't that many equestrian stalls and they have the usual "show offers" and ex-display reductions.

I'm a bloke so I could be wrong as you do see people buying lots of stuff but I always get the impression it's locals getting stuff they find hard to get in the area. My wife hasn't found any bargains either which is probably a better indication.
