Fab pics :D Worrying that Im looking at them thinking 1* may be do-able!? But OMG at some of the 3* fences, you must have to be off your head!
 
Great pics - I have a photo that is almost identical to the "oopsie" one he took - in fact its uncanny how similiar they are - must have taken it at precisely the same time because the horse, rider and poles are all in the same position :D
 
Sanolly- what happens at the HHO BBQ, stays at the HHO BBQ...! :p No photographic evidence was allowed to leave the gazebo...! ;)

Saz- I'm still at "pick-a-fence" stage with the 1*, but a few years ago it was "never", so small improvement?! Would take the XC over SJ anyday...! ;) 3* is proper huge and proper scary. Or "yuck" as Nic eloquently put it. ;)

Any chance of Mr F visiting the Midlands with his camera would love some pics of our horses;):D

The oopsie photo......you know they always say if they took your horse away from underneath you should land on your feet? Which ever rider that is......I think they'd manage it!
 
Stunning pictures are always.

We went and had a nosey at some of the jumps. I genuinely can't belive the horses can get over some of them - they are so so huge. :eek: :o
 
I agree Measles (although he did come and take SJ of me and I went and muffed up and didn't get to the 2nd phase fences he wanted to get piccies of lol!)

Fab pics, eventers are officially insane though...
 
Yes... very odd... I have received a message saying that it "has been brought to mod's attention" (eg someone has pushed a button?!) that I am "infringing" Mr FJ's "intellectual property (intellectual, huh?! :p ) and rights". So images have been removed?!

Not sure why I'm not allowed to post my husband's photos with his permission... away to ask though! :(

GgGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrr I wish some people would get a grip! They are your husband's photos you clearly have permission!!!!! If he posted them himself would he also have them removed?.... has H&H decided to impose a blanket no copyright images ban?...

This forum is getting more petty and tedious by the day! *rant rant rant*

Well obviously the fact that I sat at his computer and helped him pick our our favourites and he loaded them onto my memory stick doesn't matter?!

What's upset me the most is the part of the message that said "brought to our attention" which makes me think someone (or more than one) on the forum has reported me?

This has shaken me up much more than I thought it would. I've always said how I've had nothing but positive experiences in CR, but this is really making me think twice and possibly take a wee step back. :(
 
Its just nonsense isnt it. Seriously, FJ has been posting MrFJ photos forever! Obviously with his permission, as have those of us who have been lucky enough to be snapped at events!
Dont let it put you off FJ. Just put permission in big bold letters for all the button pushers (who prob feel a bit silly right now!). I for one love seeing all the photos Mr FJ takes and hopefully will have some of my own pony soon :D
 
Thanks Jen/Saz, I'm just a bit taken aback that someone would complain. :( And like you say, I've been posting his pics (with his permission!) for a long time now, so not sure why this is any different? Will wait and see what mods reply back as I've queried further what the exact problem was with the photos I posted and how I posted them.
