I'm 99% sure last year was the first time they put this event in the schedule & due to the rain it was all cancelled! Therefore its going to be hard to answer your questions about spectators, pics etc. We went to look at the ring as my horse should've been doing it. It was smallish, about the average size of a local PC/RC jumping ring I guess. By the time we got there the course had been taken down but there were all the poly jump xc style jumps around the arena so assume that's what they were going to use. The arena was not obvious, we wouldn't hav spotted it if we hadn't gone looking, but if \I remember correctly it was behind where they display all the smart new lorries/cars for sale. Hope thats some help but forgive me if I've got it completely wrong!
The RC class is the day before PC so I can post a more accurate report on the Thursday if you like

I went a few years ago and the PC jumping was out on a bumpy bit of field away from the action of the event so the only people watching were those connected with the PC teams. The ring was quite small and was old ridge and furrow so quite undulating. We were quite disappointed as we had driven over 4 hours to get there. Needless to say we haven't been back!
